- deposit protection up to $30k
- first year workmanship and materials protection
- five year guarantee on major structural components*
- clearly stated specs and standards for deficiencies
- arbitration services for any builder-owner disputes
- Bucci has also teamed with the Warranty Resource® Company to provide each home with a comprehensive package detailing the warranty, maintenance, and operation for all products, appliances, and building components
